Steve Tillson has lived and worked in the Klamath Basin since 1978.  In 1989 he joined the Wynne Broadcasting team, first as a board operator, then in 1990 as music director and host of Sunday Brunch Jazz on KKRB.  Since then, you’ve heard Steve on all Wynne Broadcasting stations as announcer and remote broadcaster. 

When not on air, Steve works with delinquent youth to help them correct problem behaviors and survive adolescence.  He is active in community service and has performed in various theater projects.  He also served  seven years running as emcee for the Klamath Falls Junior Miss Scholarship Program.

Steve enjoys live music as well, having played guitar and bass guitar with several bands in the Klamath Basin.  He is also in demand as a DJ for wedding receptions and other events.  When not working, Steve retreats to the woods where, if you can find him, he’ll be next to a campfire strumming his guitar and gazing at the night sky.
